organizing, managing, and tracking equipment tests is a daunting task. Finally,
there is a solution! The RSS Test Management (RSS-TM) add-on module enhances
the core RSS system to ensure quality and efficiency through a coordinated test
process.
With RSS-TM, your company can create and enforce testing standards that are
easy for employees to follow. By defining custom test templates and attaching
procedures, manuals, and other test files, users are presented with a central
repository of the latest test information. Combined with the RSS Workflow
Engine, the entire test process can be managed from within RSS.

 | Test Plans/Templates
The RSS-TM admin screens allow users to create and organize and unlimited number of custom test templates. Test procedures and files containing automated test macros can be attached to these templates and kept under version control. Since RSS-TM utilizes our integrated document manager, the same file security, integrity, and search capabilities are all available. Test templates are then easily linked to device types and made available throughout the system.

 | Test Incidents
Users can create, issue, and record test incidents all within RSS-TM. Since test incidents are all created based on a previously defined test template, links are automatically created to any attached files. Each test incident can store as-found/as-left values as well as an unlimited number of file attachments. Any result files attached are organized through the document manager for the ultimate in efficiency and organization.

 | Test Workflow
Test work can easily be scheduled, dispatched, and tracked through the RSS-TM workflow screens. By utilizing the RSS Workflow Engine, personnel responsible for each stage of the test process are automatically notified with links or attachments to the appropriate files.
